“This is where restaurants buy from. True, we can get good food products at a cheap price but in large quantities. Doesn't work for a single or small family, but if two or three families who can buy and share get together, it will be a great savings for all. For example, goat meat outside is $10 per lbs, whereas at restaurant depot, it comes at $4 per lbs, but comes in a pack of 15lbs. Similarly, red onions come in a pack of 25lbs and cost $12, which rounds to 50cents per lbs, whereas in other stores we get it at $1.49 per lbs.”

“Some of the products have decreased in quality. I called and the lady on the phone says I have 72 hr to return the product. Am I supposed to open every food item I get when I arrive to the store? Problems have been with chicken, moldy cheese, green peppers, lettuce and lids not fitting correctly. This is the reason us as customers open the boxes and inspect the inside but your employees prohibit us from doing so.”

“I am fan of this Pasadena Location because easy to shop planning at the floor. Now I am giving them 1star because management a drastic change at the cash counter. Made a line of products in front of cash registers. We have to walk all the way walk around to push the bearing less carts. Which made the the shopping more tiring and difficult. Staff very nice Manager super nice Cleanliness super good The best store in LA.”
